A client us to help finish off the finance side of a MS Dynamics NAV install and to roll it out to another group company. Once this was company a suite of SSRS reports were built to provide the company with management and financial accounting data.
Upon completion of the initial requests, the database powering the main software was suffering table locks. As such we built a SQL datawarehouse to pull togther enough information from several sources in order to allow the business to continue reporting without delays.
Initially stablising the TM1 installation and set up, followed by a full finance process overview which resulted in over 75 potential changes.
Advising on multiple software implementations which improve interactions between Banking software, Financial software, Estates software and HR.
