Needing to make things a little easier

Starting life out as a back office processor in busy stock brokers there seemed to be an endless requirement to remove paper, tedious processes, old ways of doing things and general painful tasks that lead to boredom and ultimately mistakes.

I moved from company to company passing accountancy exams and freelancing as an I.T. programmer online for over 10 years. Every company that hired me wanted a simple task streamlining/automating or removing completely.

The companies changed but the same issues were apparent everywhere, processes were setup and ran by individuals who were good at their roles but not necessarily a process design specialist.

Project work seemed to be the best fit so I became a contractor and worked for many years implementing systems, designing and building BI reports, SQL Datawarehouses and automating tasks that were put in front of me.

This all led to NashCo, the experience facing problems in the workplace encouraged me to create a business and attract the right employee skill set that can help other companies.

We are based in Preston, Lancashire.
